Bing Airport Maps For 42 U.S. Cities Launched
Inside airport maps by Bing are now available for 42 U.S. airports
Looking to increase the appeal of Bing online maps with more specific features, Microsoft’s Bing is now offering detailed airport inside maps for 42 major airports in the U.S. According to Microsoft’s airport maps service will be expanded to further airports in the next months. This new feature of Bing Maps is now available on the desktop interface and (for some airports) via Bing for Mobile.
Navigate your way through an airport while traveling
The new airport maps feature is intended to be helpful for travelers to easily navigate inside an airport and includes information on parking lots, ticket counters, airport gates and terminals, baggage claims and further objects, including a directories of restaurants, stores, airlines and car renting offices.

How to use Bing Airport maps
Using the desktop version of Bing maps you can access this map by typing the name of the airport and then zooming into a building’s inside. You also can find the airport map while searching for flight status or airport’s city and its code with Bing Search engine or using Bing Travel search. The airport map icon is visible alongside the airport listing on the search result page. The link from the icon allows you to send the map of your choice to your cell phone or tablet.
